Financial Rescue Package Approved by U.S. Senate and House of Representatives; Incudes Renewable Energy Incentives

A brief update to this prior post — the U.S. House of Representatives has approved a financial rescue package today, which includes a package of renewable energy tax incentives.  This legislation was passed by the U.S. Senate on October 1st.  A copy of the bill can be found here (PDF).
