Do’s & Don’ts for Cleantech Ventures is a three-part series presented by the Environmental Business Cluster (EBC) and Fenwick & West that is designed to provide an in-depth review of the tools and processes needed to making a cleantech venture fundable, presentable, and defensible. The programs in this series are:
- April 21: Sharpen the Tools to Secure Financing
- June 22: Preparing for Due Diligence
- October 26: Strategic IP: Building a Portfolio & Managing Exposure
The first program in this series will be April 21 and is entitled Sharpen the Tools to Secure Financing. This workshop will be led by Darrell Kong (Director of Venture Capital Services, Fenwick & West LLP) and Sayre Stevick (Partner, Corporate Group, Fenwick & West LLP) and will take place from 8:30 am – 10:30 am at Fenwick & West, 801 California Street, Mountain View, CA 94041.
