Free Legal Workshop for Food Entrepreneurs on October 18 in Berkeley, CA

On Tuesday, October 18th a program entitled Legal Eats! Free Workshop to Advance Your Food Business or Idea will take place in Berkeley, CA.  This program is intended to provide legal support to small food enterprises that are serving low-income communities.  Attorneys and students will present on 15 different legal topics relevant to food entrepreneurs, including:

  • Choosing a Business Structure
  • Financing a Food Enterprise
  • Food and Agriculture Regulations
  • Zoning
