Inaugural New Energy Capital Summit to Take Place on November 15 in San Francisco (Discount Available)

The inaugural New Energy Capital Summit (NECS) will take place on November 15th in San Francisco. This program is organized by Winston Baker, which produces alternative investment conferences.  In discussing the purpose of this new event, Katherine Winston, Managing Partner of Winston Baker, said:

Small and mid-sized companies are faced with the challenges of raising new financing to sustain the viability of their businesses, government subsidies are on the decline, and many investors are re-assessing their strategies in this uncertain economic environment. The purpose of the New Energy Capital Summit is to present investors with viable opportunities in the new energy sector, equip executives of start-up and mid-stage companies with strategies for raising capital beyond public funding, and ultimately fuel industry growth for this promising sector once again.

NECS will feature keynote presentations by Steve Westly (Founder, The Westly Group) and Jared Blumenfeld (Administrator for EPA's Pacific Southwest Region).  

Panel sessions will include an overview of the sector's financial landscape by Nathaniel Bullard, who is a lead analyst at Bloomberg New Energy Finance. Dr. Arnold Leitner, founder of SkyFuel and ALNP, will address business valuation.
